Ethnic Armed Organizations & the Junta

 

17 ethnic armed groups + the Junta can all be played

Internally Displaces People & Inter-regional missions

 

Each time these armies clash, it is unknown which army will be victorious, yet it is almost certain that civilians will be displaced.   Taking care of these new IDPs & POWs generates statehood points

Propaganda concerts & Prisoners of war

Alliances & State building

 

Negotiate alliances with the Junta or an Ethnic Armed Organization. Balance your resources between public services, the cost of war & IDPs cutoff from most international aid

Raw resources & Black market weapon deals

 

Gold, Jade, Rubies, Rare Earth Minerials, Teak wood & oil are all extracted to fund these conflicts + the challeing task of statebuilding during active conflict
